Welcoming guests from far and wide is one of our greatest joys in the tasting room. Join our laid-back and informative tour guides for a journey through our historic Central City location and our unique Caribbean-style distillation and infusion process from cane to cocktail. Every tour includes a welcome drink (very important), a full tour of our small but mighty production area, and a full tasting of all available 504Rum products. Sometimes we even throw in a few surprises…ever label your own bottle? How about helping us test a new cocktail recipe? Like New Orleans, we’re always buzzing - and you won’t want to miss it.

Tours are $15 plus tax per person. To reserve a group larger than 15 guests or to make a private reservation, please call the Raptor main line at 504-654-6516 or email hello@happyraptor.com.

We capture your card at the time of booking to hold the reservation. You will not be charged except in the event of late-notice cancellation or no-show. Please be prepared to make your purchase via credit card at the start of your tour. If you prefer not to use credit card for any reason, just give us a call at 504-654-6516.

Only guests who intend to consume alcohol aged 21 or over are asked to pay for the tour. Non-drinkers, pregnant guests, and minors are very welcome and free of charge. We also keep a robust menu of non-alcoholic cocktails on hand for purchase, and there’s plenty of lemonade and soda to go around.

You can cancel online up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. TOURS & TASTINGS: Changes cannot be made online within 24 hours of your tour appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please call the Raptor phone at 504-654-6516. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour appointment and no-shows will be charged 100% of the tour fee. Please note: For parties of 10 or more, we require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation to qualify for a full refund. Please call the Raptor phone for details.
Cocktail classes available monthly.
Our team of award-winning and innovative tour guides are shaking it up once a month for our cocktail class! Our classes are often themed, sometimes (okay, often) irreverent, and always a chilled out good time. Classes often feature unique specials you won’t see on our regular menu, developed just for you. Whether you’re a newbie at-home bartender here to impress your friends, or a seasoned mixologist gathering inspiration, you’ll be right at home. Perfect for a date night, a bachelor or bachelorette party, or just a meet-up with friends. Space is limited, and spots can fill up fast!

We’ll mix up three (3) different cocktails with every class participant. Happy Raptor provides all the tools, ingredients, and recipes you’ll need, not to mention time and individual attention from award-winning mixologists.

Single admission to the cocktail class is $40. Double admission is $60. Don’t hesitate to call us at 504-654-6516 with any questions, or to book a group of 3 or more.

Unlike tour bookings, we charge your card at the time of booking. Should you have any questions or prefer to reserve your spot over the phone, rather than online, that is no problem. Give us a call at 504-654-6516.
